  • Access to Services; Pricing; Payment Terms.

    (a) Subscribed Association Member. During the term of the Agreement, each Association Member that is not an existing ZipRecruiter customer and becomes a Subscribed Association Member (defined below), shall receive the discounts listed in Table 1 below with respect to the then-current pricing (for Standard, Premium and Pro-Subscription Plans) listed on the ZipRecruiter website located at www.ziprecruiter.com (“hereinafter collectively, the “Discount”). For the purposes of this Agreement, an Association Member will be deemed to be a “Subscribed Association Member” once all the following conditions are met:

    (i) the Association Member must create a ZipRecruiter user account at the following URL: www.ziprecruiter.com/gcla; and

    (ii) a representative of the Association authorized to bind the Association to the Service

    Terms (defined below), must affirmatively accept and agree to the then current ZipRecruiter online Terms of Service (“Service Terms”); and

    (iii) the Association Member must insert credit card and payment information as instructed (each, a “Subscribed Association Member”).

    (b) Recurring Renewal Subscription Charges; Payment Terms. Subscribed Association Member will be required to pay the monthly subscription fee (“Subscription Fee”) for their selected Subscription Plan and any other fees for the Services including recurring fees (collectively, the “Fees”), via credit card such that, at the time of automatic renewal (see Section 1 (c) below), the applicable monthly Subscription Fee (and any other Fees) will be charged to the credit card provided, together with any applicable VAT or the equivalent, sales, use, excise, consumption or other similar tax applicable to the Services. All Fees quoted and/or stated on the ZipRecruiter Website, are exclusive of taxes such that Subscribed Association Member will be responsible for applicable sales, use or other tax. In the event that payment of any Fees or portion thereof is overdue, ZipRecruiter reserves the right to either (i) immediately suspend access to the Services with respect to the affected Subscribed Association Member, and/or terminate its agreement with the applicable Subscribed Association Member, without notice. For the avoidance of doubt, each Subscribed Association Member shall be responsible for paying for all Services received from ZipRecruiter and the Company shall not have any obligation or liability for any unpaid charges or fees incurred by any Subscribed Association Member.

    (c) Term of Discount. Subscribed Association Member in the middle of a monthly or annual subscription plan at the end of the term of this Agreement will be entitled to the Discount for the remainder of their then-current annual or monthly subscription plan following which, the Discount will cease.

    This tire program was designed especially for the Greater California Limousine Association (GCLA) to provide a program for their membership to purchase Michelin Brand premier tires for all their vehicles at discounted pricing. Guaranteed lower than both On-line and Bricks & Mortar Michelin National Account Dealers. There will be a one time Administration fee of $60.00 payable to the Administrator (National Tire Concierge Services - NTCS) for as long as you are a member, and for GCLA members, the $25.00 annual fee will be waived.

GM CAP PRogram

COMPETITIVE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM 2024

The GCLA/GM CAP is an exclusive fleet discount program, payable as an invoice credit at the amounts listed below. To qualify for these purchase or leases, you must show proof of current year GCLA membership and have a CA TCP.

  • PAYMENT BY INVOICE

    Competitive Assistance is payable as an invoice credit at the amounts listed in the table below. Vehicles receiving allowances under the GM Business Choice, Fleet Out-of-Stock, or Retail Alternative Programs are not eligible to receive the GCLA Competitive Assistance Program.

    OUT OF STOCK PURCHASE/LEASES

    Eligible Vehicles purchased or leased from a General Motors dealer's retail inventory (out-of-stock) will qualify for Competitive Assistance (unless otherwise specified) only once the attached "CAP Out of Stock Purchase Agreement" form is completed by the applicable dealer and Greater California Livery Association MEMBER. Greater California Livery Association Member's purchases/leases of out-of-stock General Motors vehicles using retail or other fleet incentives will not be eligible for Competitive Assistance, but such purchases/leases of those out-of-stock General Motors vehicles will still count toward attainment of the volume requirement provided that Greater California Livery Association complies with all other terms of the Agreement. Such purchases/leases must be reported as fleet deliveries even if retail incentives are claimed. Eligible Vehicles ordered with processing code KVN cannot be converted to out-of-stock purchases/leases and are not eligible for retail or other fleet incentives.

    PRICE PROTECTION

    General Motors will provide Greater California Livery Association Members with price protection for 2023 model year Eligible Vehicles at introductory prices. Price protection pertains to ordered and dealer stock units. The price protection offered by General Motors applies to price increases based on economics and destination and freight charges. The price protection offered by General Motors excludes vehicle price increases made necessary due to equipment adjustments, government mandated equipment and emission changes, optional equipment made standard, mid-cycle enhancements, and vehicle design changes, all as defined and valued by General Motors.

    VEHICLE PRICING

    If the dealer invoice price of a comparably equipped Eligible Vehicle is reduced during the term of this Agreement, General Motors reserves the right to reduce Competitive Assistance allowances by the amount of the dealer invoice price reduction.

    OWNERSHIP REQUIREMENTS

    All vehicles under this Program must be titled, licensed, and registered in the name of Greater California Livery Association Member for business use principally in California for a minimum of 6 months from the date of delivery.

    Greater California Livery Association members will not knowingly sell, export, sell for export, or principally use the Eligible Vehicles outside of the United States at any time.

    SERVICE PROVIDER ELIGIBILITY AND DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS

    Service Providers must be an active member of the Greater California Livery Association (GCLA) in order to be eligible for the Competitive Assistance in this agreement. To qualify, a GCLA member must provide business and relationship documentation to the selling dealer/Fleet Management company. The vehicle purchased using this agreement must be registered in the State of California. Also, the provider must have a current Transportation Charter Permit (TCL). The dealer/Fleet Management company must maintain a copy of substantiating documentation in the deal jacket for audit purposes.

    Relationship Documentation: (All Items Required) - Dated Certificate of GCLA membership, establishing the service provider is an active member of the GCLA - Current Transportation Charter Permit (TCL) - Copy of the new vehicle registration or title application, proving the vehicle is registered in CA

    WHAT CALIFORNIA DEALERS OFFER THIS PROGRAM?

    Operators are free to buy from authorized General Motors dealerships in California including Motor City GMC, Tustin Cadillac, Dublin Cadillac, Penske and others. Be sure to take your OWNERSHIP REQUIREMENTS, GCLA MEMBER CERTIFICATE and TCP with you.

WEX FLEET FUEL DISCOUNT

One of the best rated overall fleet fuel programs in the nation, WEX is offering GCLA Members a special $0.15 per gallon rebate for the first 6 months use of the fuel discount card, after which the discounts go down – but they are still consistent with every gallon!
